EssexWorks® is designed and delivered by The Consortium (East) Ltd.  We are an association of professional business growth coaches based in Essex.  We all own small businesses and have C-suite experience in the corporate sector.  We’ve been delivering award-winning business growth and skills programmes since 2017. 

EssexWorks® is already having a positive impact.  Launched in April 2026, our first cohort forecasts both business growth and job creation.  

Peer group cohorts are delivered online, comprising of 4x 60 minute sessions and includes:
